Custom orders

I take custom orders on most of my items like the zipper pouches, glasses cases, tote bags, etc. If you have a questions about a custom order made with fabric of a certain color or "theme", please message me. Great for weddings, thank you gifts, hostess gifts, shower gifts, wedding party, group trips!

Care instructions

Spot/surface clean or hand-wash with gentle soap. Air dry.

Refunds/Exchanges/Cancellations

All sales are final. I do not offer any refunds, cancellations or exchanges. Please be mindful and read the description before placing order :) If you have a problem with your order, please contact me to discuss before leaving a review.

Lost/Stolen/Damaged Packages

Once I ship the package out to you, it is out of my control. Sadly, if your package gets stolen, lost or arrives damaged by the postal service it is your responsibility as a customer to file a claim with USPS. I cannot offer you a replacement or refund since these situations are out of my control. I can offer a USPS tracking number to help you out.

Please note that sometimes USPS likes to mark packages as delivered before they actually arrive. If this happens, I recommend being patient and waiting to see if it shows up, OR contacting your local post office and asking them where it might be.

Also, sometimes USPS delivers a package to the wrong address so check with your neighbors.

Gift wrapping and packaging

I offer gift wrapping and packing if you would like to send an item as a gift. Click gift and add message. Gifts are not able to be cancelled, returned or exchanged by the recipient.

Oops, I put the wrong address on my order and the package was sent back to you!

Please double check your address before placing an order for yourself or as a gift. In the event that a package get sent back to me there are two options:

1. You can pay for the cost of shipping again and I can reship the order to you.

2. Depending on the condition of the item, I will issue you a refund for the cost of the product MINUS the cost of shipping.

Photography, Color, Variations

While I do my best to provide you with a clear and accurate photos of my products, colors may be slightly different due to lighting, camera, phone & computer screens.

There may be slight variations between the item you receive and the one pictured because several of each item may be made but no two are exactly alike. Please understand that some imperfections can happen because this is a handmade item. That is what makes them unique :)
